1. INTRODUCTION

In the scope of its activity, PEDRA INSÓLITA - UNIPESSOAL LDA., corporate entity number 517373807, headquartered at Travessa do Cavaco, No. 26, 7000-841 Évora (hereinafter 'VPR GROUP'), requests that the Customer provides a set of personal data, i.e., information provided by the Customer that allows VPR GROUP to identify and/or contact them (personal data).

VPR GROUP is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data provided by its Customers. Thus, it is presumed that all personal data transmitted have been provided by the respective owner, who thereby gives their unequivocal consent to its processing by VPR GROUP, agreeing to its use.

The data will only be used for the purposes for which they were transmitted, namely, the purchase of products and services and/or the subscription to the newsletter. The provided data will be retained for the necessary period to achieve the intended purpose, and the data owner has the right to demand their rectification and/or deletion at any time.

2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The legal basis for processing your data will be our legitimate interest (in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, 'GDPR'). The legal basis for processing personal data of the data subject that is collected is the execution of the contract for the construction work. In this sense, the data subject is obligated to provide the necessary data for its execution.

3. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, address, and tax data, are private and confidential. The personal information you provide to us is securely stored. This information will only be used for the purpose for which you have requested.

4. PURPOSES FOR WHICH THEY ARE INTENDED

We need this information to understand your needs and provide you with better service, particularly for the following reasons:

- Invoicing and billing to the account holder;

- Location/Construction Site or Installation Address;

- Sending administrative documentation;

- Compliance with legal obligations, particularly tax-related;

- Sending newsletters;

- Rights of data subjects.

5. ACCESS TO DATA

Your personal data belongs to you. You are not obligated to provide the requested data to VPR GROUP, but if you do not agree with the collection, VPR GROUP will not be able to process and/or access your request.

6. DATA RETENTION

VPR GROUP will retain your data only for the duration of the contractual/commercial relationship and as long as there is mutual interest, and subsequently during the legally established periods for the resolution of possible responsibilities arising from it. In case you request the deletion of your data, they will be deleted with the appropriate security measures to ensure their pseudonymization or complete destruction.

The data related to payments and billing will be kept for the periods established by the respective regulations in accounting and tax matters.

7. DATA SHARING

In certain cases, we may disclose your personal data to entities that provide services to us, within the scope of authorized service subcontracting, as well as to the accounting department. VPR GROUP does not share your personal data with other companies or brands for other commercial purposes under any circumstances.

8. RIGHTS

- You have the right to be informed by VPR GROUP about the processing of your personal data, as well as to access them;

- You have the right to request that VPR GROUP corrects your personal data when they are inaccurate or completes them when they are incomplete;

- You can request that your personal data be deleted when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected;

- You have the right to request the limitation of the processing of data, in which case we will keep them only for the exercise or defense of claims;

- You have the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another controller when the processing is based on consent and carried out by automated means;

- You can object to personal data being processed based on public or legitimate interest carried out by VPR GROUP, including profiling. In this case, VPR GROUP will cease processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of any claims;

- You have the right to file a complaint with the CNPD - National Data Protection Commission.

If you withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until that date.
